"McDonald’s is always hiring! :)"

"Ask for more hours!"

"Get a better job. You’re just being lazy! "

"Just go out and apply! There’s plenty of jobs out there!"

Lisa Simpson, summing up the chains of a Westminster government since ‘87

I hate when black clothes are a slightly different black and don’t match

we joke but this is an actual thing

So, tonight was amazing. The energy in the room tonight was awesome. The only way to build a brighter, better future is to become independent. This referendum isn’t about one party, or one politician and I dare say not even about the football culture of this country. Regardless of who you are, and who you vote for, this referendum is about making sure your future is protected and that the country you live in is prosperous.

I love my country. I believe in my country and I believe that we can be a successful nation without the chains of a Westminster government we didn’t even vote for. I believe that without the weight of Trident and with the multitudes of resources in Scotland we will thrive as one of the richest countries in the world.

In 30 years, we have never been given a choice, we have been used as guinea pigs for policies we didn’t want, industry damaged irreversibly, billions spent on nuclear weapons we will never use (funded by the taxpayer) and led in to illegal wars that surprise surprise we didn’t want. Biggest of all, we have received numerous governments we categorically didn’t vote for.

Well, I’m not taking the chance of having another 30 years of things that have done nothing but provoke despair in this country.

This why on the 18th September 2014 I am voting YES.

May your choices reflect your hopes, not your fears.

made a shabby poster based on something i posted yesterday

By 2020, up to 100,000 more children in Scotland could be dragged into poverty.
Poverty in Scotland must be dealt with - but Westminster won’t do it.
